I’m passionate about growing and cooking food. I apply ayurvedic principles and permaculture ethics in the kitchen. I maintain a plant based diet.
I have experience in
- running a community kitchen,
- cooking vegan food at workshops and events,
- cooking vegan food in a sattvic restaurant,
- hosting vegan cooking classes, and
- providing ayurvedic lunch delivery service.
I’m open to work opportunities in Spain and Portugal that enable me to use my passion, knowledge and experience to provide healthy food. I value work environments that care for earth, people and future.
